Some woodworkers have avoided making arched raised panel doors for two reasons: the difficulty of marking arched cuts and the expense of hold down jigs. This system solves both problems by eliminating the need for high-cost hold down jigs and by providing step by step instructions with the templates.
The twenty-piece template package includes ten sizes for the panels and the ten corresponding templates for the matching arched rails. Each template is individually la bled with its size which indicates overall door width; any door between 10 " and 19 " can be made. All templates are made of Granular PVC and come in 3 poplar styles: Roman Arch, Country and Cathedral.

Router Bit Collet Extension

Give your router bits an additional 2-1/4" (or 2" for #36259) when you extend them through the router table top with our router collet extension. Eliminate the dangerous temptation of withdrawing the shank from the collet in order to raise the bit and to “provide the full depth of cut.” The router collet extension makes it possible to use all diameters of 1/2" and 1/4" shank bits safely. Place the router collet extension shank in the 1/2" router collet and the router bit shank in the extension collet and tighten both. Instructions included.

Router Table Power Switch

Every router table needs a power switch--it's unacceptably dangerous, not to mention awkward, to use the switch on the router itself, buried out of sight beneath the table. This ready-to-use accessory lets you mount a switched power outlet right where you need it at the front of your router table or other shop-made fixture. It's a lockable switch; if you have small children around the shop, just remove the toggle tip to make the router table safe from unauthorized start-up. The switch controls power to a built-in 110-volt receptacle which handles loads up to 15 amps--plenty for any 110-volt router on the market. 4" Brass Set Up Bars

These solid brass bars allow you to accurately determine the proper depth of your cuts, fence to cutter distances, material thickness and more without the use of tape measures or calipers. The bars can be stacked to get measurments from1/8” to 1-7/16”. The set includes five bars measuring 1/8”, 3/16, 1/4”, 3/8” and 1/2” square and are approx. 4” in length. Brass bars will not damage carbide.
